The role of the Editor in Chief is to maintain the content of a certain area. He has the right to edit the articles. However, he may only copy the article from the temporary page to the final page, i.e. to make the decision of accepting a certain version of a temporary article or rejecting it.

Every Editor in Chief must be registered by his/her real name. Every Editor in Chief shall be an expert in his topic. A Ph.D. degree is supposed. Editors in Chief are elected by voting.
